About Us...

Superior Training Solutions, Inc.

Superior Training Solutions, Inc. (STS) was created to meet the need for quality, cost-effective programs to educate employees and supervisors concerning the consequences of substance abuse on individual's lives and in the workplace. To meet these needs in today's competitive environment, these programs must also satisfy government requirements and serve to effectively reduce substance abuse in the workplace.

With a combined 31 years experience of developing drug-free workplace programs for organizations, writing and presenting educational substance abuse programs, and managing drug and alcohol testing programs, the STS principles determined that the most cost-effective delivery mechanism is a combination of web-based training and printed materials.

From these guidelines, "A Supervisor's Guide to Reasonable Suspicion Testing" web course and manual was created.  They were quickly followed by "Substance Abuse in the Workplace" employee handbooks. The training course and employee handbooks are designed to fully meet all government requirements, as well as those established by organizations that have determined that drug-free workplace programs are simply "good business."
