This web based training program is designed to take the apprehension and mystery out of recognizing workplace substance abuse situations and confronting the abuser. The program trains supervisors to recognize workplace substance abuse and provides a guide on how to confront the employee who has a problem with substance abuse. The program also discusses the drug and alcohol testing process.

Importantly, each supervisor taking the course will receive a companion, detailed manual on reasonable suspicion testing. You can choose either a print or CD format.

This online training program is controlled through a licensing program.  Each license gives one supervisor access to the course. Starting the process begins with just a click on “Purchase.” You will be asked the number of licenses you need to secure, and then the program will set up your account. The STS products can be ordered through the same process. While setting up your account you will assign the person to administer the licenses and account.   By accessing the  administration menu you can see the program progress for each supervisor and can re-print the completion certificate.
